    Use this form to exercise your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. Every request is logged the moment you submit it, so the response clock starts immediately.

    What happens next

    How we handle a data-subject request

    1. We log it. Your request goes straight into our compliance log with its statutory deadline attached, and you get an email confirming receipt.

    2. We verify who you are. We are required to establish your identity before disclosing or deleting personal data, so we may ask you to confirm from the account address on file or to sign in.

    3. We respond within the deadline. 30 days in the EU/EEA/UK, 45 days in California — and within 15 business days for a California request to opt out of sale or sharing.

    If the data is in a customer's mailbox: for mailbox content, Qbox is a processor acting on a customer's instructions — they are the controller. If your request is about data that exists only because it sits inside one of our customers' mailboxes, we route it to that customer and tell you we have done so, rather than actioning it ourselves.
